KOSUN high effective boring fluid mud cleaner is the second or third phase separation apparatus of drilling liquid, which will holder the solids particle after being preserved by the first grade departure apparatus. The mud will be improved and cuttings which are bigger than mud will be indifferent. Then the cuttings in the underflow will flow into flow tanks through the drilling shale shaker shades when the biased mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.

Three-in-one mud cleaner, a combination of desander, desilter and high efficient shale shaker, can further separate the smaller solid particles left in the mud after primary treatment in shale shaker for a better treatment in the following equipment. MD Mud Cleaner can serve as independent equipment, or as spare equipment in parallel with first-stage solids control equipment--shale shaker by mere application of its underflow shaker.

Drilling fluids enters from the mud compartment under vacuum degasser into desander via the force of its pump, flows into the compartment under desander after treatment, accesses desilter by mud pump and then goes for further treatment in decanter centrifuge through spillway trough afterwards.

2. Desander is flexible to work with 1-3 pieces of 10" or 12" cones, each of which has a capacity between 100-120GPM, and is capable to address solids from 45-74μm. While desilter is flexible to work with 8, 10, 12, 16 or 20 pieces of 4" or 5" cones and is capable to segregate solids between 10-44μm.
