June 27, 2014. KOSUN drilling mud solids control equipment ordered by Russian customer have been successfully shipped.
KOSUN sign the contract with customer in the June 6. To achieve customer wishes, the execution of the contract need to be completed within 20 days. Even though the delivery time is very tight, we do not want to sacrifice quality to pursuit speed. So as to ensure timely delivery of goods, our colleagues working overtime, and we won ultimately.
This time the customer purchased solids control equipments includes : 2 sets vacuum degasser( Model : VD240), 1 set drilling centrifuge ( Model : DC450S) and one set mud agitator( Model : MA55). Although the order is not big, we treat each order seriously.
VD240 vacuum degasser could remove the drilling fluid within more than 95 % gas safely and efficiently, for example: methane, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. The capacity is 240m ³ / h.
DC450S drilling centrifuge is one of the best-selling product of KOSUN, which can remove 15-5 micron solid phase, the capacity is 40m ³ / h. We have many kinds of drilling centrifuges according to the different specifications, including high-speed centrifuge which can remove 5-2 micron solid phase, and handling capacity is 60 m³ / h. Besides, we also provide centrifuges used in other areas , such as waste disposal , catering , paper and so on.
KOSUN МА55 mud agitator is one of the largest selling products. We have two types of mud agitator judging from the single and double pulsator.
