There Are There Process When Cyclone Desander Remove and Wash Sand

1, Sand and fluid separation: The drilling fluid first enters the hydrocyclone desander, separate the sand by using the centrifugal force generated by the density difference of drilling fluids and sand particles, the desander can separate the solids particles between 45 to 74 micron,the sand separated fall into sand box sand fall,the drilling fluid after the separation flow into the pipeline.
 

2, Sand and water separation: Open the filling water valve to ensure that the sand box filled with water to a predetermined level, start the wash sand pump, then first, open the bypass and using the pump and the jet nozzle arranged on the bottom of sand for cleaning sand, and then close the bypass so that wash sand pump can deliver sand-water mixture into the sand washing cyclone desander for separating the water and sand,water will returned to the sand box, sand will put into sand storage pit or other storage facilities.

3, Sand and oil separation: In this process, there will inevitably be a certain amount of oil accumulating in sand box, using exotic filling water pipe add water to the sand box, in this process the water and oil flow into overflow chamber through the overflow weir, using the lifting pump located in the overflow room to deliver the oil-water mixture to the pipeline. Designning and installing high and low level switch in overflow chamber, can achieve automatic and manual control pump operation functions. In the process of the oil drilling fluid desanding, when the fluid flows into the sand box and cause the liquid level rises to high level, in the absence of management, the lift pump will start automatically ,when the level drops to a low level, the pump stops automatically, this device can realize that control unattended the drilling fluid volume fluctuations caused by drain changes in desanding mouth, thereby reducing pollution.
