All solids control equipment manufactured by KOSUN must be carefully installed and debugged in factory, because the solids control equipment installation is related to the normal function and serve life of drilling solids control equipment in future, so we must be sure to control equipment quality strictly and high-quality complete its installation.

Nine steps to install solids control equipment according to the equipment plan view

1, Place drilling fluid tank;

2, Install the walkway railing and landed ladder between tank and tank;

3, Drilling gun pipeline and water pipeline between mud tanks need to be adopted pressurized hose and connected with threaded unions;

4, Rest various of the pipeline between the tanks need to be adopted retractable steel pipe and connected by thread unions which can make the steel pipe off center 11 ° ;
 

5, Drilling fluid drugs tank should be mounted on the tank surface in the front of 2nd tank,end of the 2nd tank,located porperly,after bolted,put the drugs tank's outlet into drilling fluid tank and below the liquid level,so that drilling fluid can flow into the 2nd tank, finally connect the water and outlet for adding water.

6, Install overhead pipes and ladders, connect the overhead pipes and ladders using suction hose, supply pipelines connected by using pipe and water hose barb;

7, Connect the water suction pipeline of drilling pump;

8, Install weighting arrangement, connect drilling fluid supply hose and climbing hose.

9, Install solids control equipment.

After the solids control equipment installation,we must check them comprehensively, we can test solids control equipment only after passing the examination. The equipment need to be debugged includes a high-frequency linear shale shaker, vacuum degasser, mud cleaner,decanter centrifuges,shear pump, sand pump, desander,desilter,centrifuge feeding pump,mud gun,mud agitator. After solids control equipment assembled, the main test are: normal commissioning test at the test station for time 8 hours,observing the whole equipment operation, the temperature difference between the bearing pedestal and the surrounding environment can not be more than 30 degrees celsius. The balance of the rotation correction:doing the balance of the rotation correction again, ensure the safe operation of the product. If the equipment's overall balance of rotation is not good, it can cause bearings emitting heat and damage the machine.
